Manuel Hernandez

Manuel Hernandez is an artist from Jalisco México who has worked with an array of media including painting, ceramics, mosaics, “Papel Picado” (paper cutting), quilting and drawing. His work can best be described through the vibrant color of Mexican heritage. He founded and directed a community/non-profit in Mexico dedicated to accompany vulnerable children as he considers art to be a powerful tool in the healing of the soul. “We are surranded by beauty, and art can be created even with what most people consider trash”.
